故障描述

• Instrument failure - Method setup timed out after 120.1 seconds. No reply from W1500-CH#xxxxxxxxxx（仪器失败- 120.1 秒后方法设置超时。W1500-CH#xxxxxxxxxx 无响应）
• 无法运行样品 - 仪器失败
• Empower QS 中的所有回读值均处于设定值
• 在 Empower QS 中，柱温箱显示最后设定值为 35 °C

环境

• Empower QS
• 模块化 LC（1525 等度泵、7725i 手动进样器、柱温箱、2489 UV 检测器）
• Empower 3 软件
• Waters UPLC
• Waters 检测器
• Waters HPLC
   

原因

柱温箱电源开关被意外关闭。

解决方法

将柱温箱模块侧面的开关从 O 切换到 I，打开柱温箱模块电源。

如果所有仪器均已打开，但仍然出现错误，请确认仪器方法或重新创建仪器方法。
