故障描述

• 打开 MassLynx MS 方法时出现错误信息：The auto dwell time calculated is different from the last saved dwell time. Press Yes to load the calculated dwell time or press No to retain the saved dwell time（计算的自动驻留时间与上次保存的驻留时间不同。按 Yes (是) 加载计算的驻留时间，或按 No (否) 保留保存的驻留时间）
• 无色谱信号

环境

• Xevo TQ-S

原因

在 Tune（调谐）页面上，系统被设置为使用手动设置的 Inter-scan Delay（扫描间延迟）。

解决方法

1. 设置为 Automatic Acquisition Inter-scan Delay Settings（自动采集扫描间延迟设置）。
2. 在 Tune（调谐）页面的 Inter-scan setup（扫描间设置）中清除 Enable Manual Mode（启用手动模式）复选框。
