故障描述

• 单击“呈现形式选择表”中的“打开方式”按钮时，出现以下错误信息：
  • Title: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Waters\NuGenesis LMS\9.0.0.0\temp
  • This file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action.  Please install an app or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default App Settings page.（标题：C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Waters\NuGenesis LMS\9.0.0.0\temp 此文件没有用于执行这项操作的关联应用程序。请安装应用程序，如果已经安装，请在“缺省应用程序设置”页面中创建关联。）
• 不出现“打开方式”对话框

环境

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• Windows 10 或 Server 2016

原因

未在 Windows 中注册未知类型文件的缺省处理程序。

解决方法

使用随附的注册表文件在 Windows 中注册文件类型为“未知”的“OpenWith.exe”程序。

附加信息

在某些情况下，注册表项“HKCR\Unknown\shell”的缺省值被设置为“OpenOnline openas”。此值将指示 Windows 在线查找程序的 OpenOnline 项优先于“openas”项。在 Windows 10 中，“openas”将定向到程序“OpenWith.exe”。通常只需将缺省值设置回 openas 即可还原功能。此更改也会合并到注册表文件中。缺省情况下该项优先于“OpenOnline”而不是在本地打开的根本原因未知。
