故障描述

• 信息中心显示错误：System cannot find the file specified（系统无法找到指定文件）
• LAC/E 的“运行样品”界面中出现“缓冲”图标。
• 可以从 LAC/E 强制执行IP ping 通服务器，但无法强制执行名称

环境

• Empower 3 Feature Release 3 
• 企业版与 Citrix 服务器

原因

• DNS 问题

解决方法

解决方法为，编辑主机文件 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 并添加 PC 的IP地址和名称。
