原因

G7167B 为双针配置。

Agilent 从 A.02.03 DU2 起才开始支持 G7167B 的双针配置。

解决方法

升级到 Agilent Instrument Control Framework (ICF) Support Version 2.2，其中包含 Agilent ICF Version A.02.03 DU2（驱动程序更新 2）和 ICF-LC 驱动程序版本 A.02.13。
