故障描述
- 尽管整个样品组都已进样，但结果组仍显示为正在采集，用户无法对其进行编辑和恢复数据
- 您可能会收到类似以下的错误消息："Error. Oops! Something went wrong. GetWorkflowExceptionSummaryAsync failed, Http failure response for https://localhost:48453/RoutineQuanService/workflowExceptionSummary/v1/6df9b785-dfff-4071-9530- 7dee7d88a564/getWorkflowExceptionSummary?culture=en-US: 500 Internal Server Error"
环境

- MS Quan 应用程序（2.1.0 之前的所有版本（含））
原因
其中一个浓度水平的值为零 (0)。 MS Quan 不支持使用浓度为零的标准样。
解决方法
- 将零点水平标准的值更改为 0.00001。
- 重新处理数据。
