故障描述

错误信息：ErrorString3=14427:1:3549:[NG14427] Data insertion time integrety check failed. Please retry the data insertion operation. Error4=30055（ErrorString3=14427:1:3549:[NG14427] 数据插入时间完整性检查失败。请重试数据插入操作。Error4=30055）

环境

• NuGenesis SDMS 8
• NuGenesis SDMS 9
• NuGenesis SDMS 9.1

原因

NuGenesis RPC 服务挂起。

解决方法

1. 重新启动 NuGenesis Web 和文件捕获服务器上的 NuGenesis RPC 服务，如果发现与 UNIFY 打印机有关的错误，请在用户的客户端计算机上重新启动该服务（如果用户通过 Citrix 打印，则在 Citrix 服务器上重新启动）
