无法将 NuGenesis SDMS Instrument Agents 启动为服务 - WKB65584

故障描述

• NuGenesis SDMS Instrument Agents 服务无法启动
• 在服务之外的会话中运行时，仪器代理正常运行
• Drive:\Program Files\Waters\SDMSInstrumentAgents\agents\bin\windows\wrapper.log 中出现以下错误信息：
  • FATAL  | wrapper  | DATE TIME | A signature was found in "D:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\SDMSInstrumentAgents\agents\bin\windows\wrapper.exe", but checksum failed: (Errorcode: 0x468ec0)（致命 | wrapper | 日期时间 |在“D:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\SDMSInstrumentAgents\agents\bin\windows\wrapper.exe”中找到签名，但校验和失败：(错误代码: 0x468ec0)）
  • FATAL  | wrapper  | DATE TIME | The Wrapper will shutdown!（致命 | wrapper | 日期时间 | Wrapper 将关闭!）
• 查看 wrapper.exe 属性页面的 Digital Signatures（数字签名）选项卡时，Windows 报告 The certificate in the signature cannot be verified（无法验证签名中的证书）
• 查看数字签名的证书时（通过 wrapper.exe 属性页面），出现以下消息：
  • General（通用）选项卡：Windows does not have enough information to verify this certificate。（Windows 没有足够的信息验证此证书。）
  • Certification Path（证书路径）选项卡：The issuer of this certificate could not be found.（无法找到此证书的颁发者。）

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

原因

安装 SDMS Instrument Agents 的服务器无法访问 Internet。Windows 需要访问 Internet 才能验证 wrapper.exe 文件的数字签名和证书。

解决方法

如果计划将 SDMS Instrument Agent 服务器作为服务运行，请将其连接到 ocsp.comdoca.com。

附加信息

wrapper.exe 程序来自 Tanuki Software Ltd。SDMS Instrument Agents 随附的版本已过期，并且其数字签名的证书已过期。已提交改进 CRI-722 请求将最新版本的 Tanki 软件整合到 Instrument Agents 中。

Windows 将在计算机上缓存 OCSP 证书检查的结果；但是，由于缓存文件的生命周期未知，因此即使有缓存文件，Windows 也可能需要连接到 Internet 进行另一次 OCSP 检查。建议允许 SDMS Instrument Agent 服务器持续访问 ocsp.comdoca.com，而不是一次性访问。
