登录 NuGenesis SDMS时出现错误：In order to perform this operation a successful binding must be completed on the connection（为了执行此操作，必须在连接上完成成功绑定） - WKB60650

故障描述

• 登录 NuGenesis SDMS应用程序时出现以下错误信息：
  • [NG17543] LDAP 驱动程序报告错误：Operations error (1) : 000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C0907C2, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v2580
    Operations error
    Unable to search the LDAP Directory.（操作错误 (1)：000004DC：LdapErr：DSID-0C0907C2，备注：要执行此操作，必须在连接上完成成功的绑定。，数据0，v2580 操作错误 无法搜索LDAP目录。)

环境

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• 在SDMS中，LDAP 验证处于活动状态
• SDMS中的基础 DN 设置为目录的根目录

原因

LDAP 服务器在对SDMS的回复中会显示一个或多个引用。 SDMS使用一组 NULL 凭据而不是已配置的凭据连接到引用中的每个服务器。

解决方法

1. 已针对此问题创建缺陷报告 CRI-334。
2. 更改SDMS配置中的 Base DN（基础 DN），使其在目录的根目录下包含一个容器。
   • 示例：ou=users,dc=company,dc=domain,dc=com
   • 在这种情况下，Microsoft AD 的搜索结果中不会包含引用或“继续引用”。
3. 此问题已在 NuGenesis LMS 9.0.1 中修复。

附加信息

TLS 与此问题无关。在SDMS LDAP配置中，TLS 处于活动或非活动状态时，均可能发生此问题。
