无法卸载 NuGenesis SDMS Service Release Components - WKB13329

故障描述

• 从“程序和功能”控制面板卸载 NuGenesis Service Release Components v8.0 或 NuGenesis LMS Service Release Components 条目时，出现以下错误信息：

  • You must uninstall all other SDMS applications prior to uninstalling Template Components（您必须在卸载模板组件之前卸载所有其他 SDMS 应用程序）

• 静默卸载或 SDMS 软件安装失败，并在日志文件中显示 FAILED（失败）状态

环境

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR2
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS FR1
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR1

原因

其他 NuGenesis SDMS 软件组件仍存在于计算机上，或者在卸载所有其他 SDMS 软件后仍存在一些注册表项。

解决方法

1. “Service Release Components”必须为最后要卸载的 SDMS 软件。
2. 卸载所有其他 NuGenesis SDMS 软件组件。
3. 如果此消息仍然存在，并且“程序和功能”列表中“Service Release Components”是仅剩的 SDMS 条目，请检查以下注册表项：
   • HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NuGenesis Technologies Corp.\NuGenesis\8.0\Installed Apps
4. 每个 SDMS 组件在“已安装的应用程序”下都有一个子项。删除“NuGenesis 8 Components”以外的所有子项。
