系统与旧款 FTP 型 MS 之间没有通讯。超级终端日志中出现错误：Can't load boot file!!（无法加载启动文件！！）- WKB19532

故障描述

• 旧款 FTP 型 MS 无法启动
• 可以 Ping 通 EPC，但它会循环 Ping 却不返回结果。
• 超级终端日志显示重启序列循环：

原因

PC 上不存在 Micromass 用户帐户，或者该帐户已被禁用。

解决方法

1. 使用“用户帐户管理”中的复选框启用 Micromass 帐户。

附加信息

对于使用 FTP 通信协议的质谱仪，必须创建 Micromass 帐户并激活，还必须拥有analysis密码，否则仪器无法通讯。
