当另一个 Empower 用户连接到运行样品时，采集停止 - WKB91072

故障描述

• 当另一个用户连接到 GC 系统 7890/7697 的运行样品时，运行样品的“仪器状态”中出现一条消息：
  System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object（System.NullReferenceException: 对象引用未设置到对象的实例）。
• 采集停止（色谱未更新）；未出现仪器故障（运行样品时仍处于“运行”模式）
• 信息中心出现错误： Instrument owned by <Name of the LAC/E32>. Unable to perform the operation because the system is in monitor mode（仪器属于 <LAC/E32 的名称>。无法执行操作，因为系统处于监视模式）

环境

• Empower 3 企业版
• Agilent ICF Support 3.1

原因

Headspace 7697 IP 地址在 Waters DHCP Server Configuration（Waters DHCP 服务器配置）中使用驱动程序 HCO 3.0 进行配置。

解决方法

从 Waters DHCP Server Configuration（Waters DHCP 服务器配置）中删除 HS 7697 的 IP 地址。
