故障描述

• 无法安装 Agilent ICF support 3.2
• 尝试安装驱动程序时，安装窗口关闭
• Windows 应用程序事件查看器中显示：Windows Installer 3.1 event ID 4373 Not enough storage is available to process this command（Windows 安装程序 3.1 事件 ID 4373 没有足够的存储空间可用于处理此命令）
  

环境

• Empower 3 软件
• Agilent ICF support 3.2

原因

杀毒软件 CbDefense 阻止了软件安装。

CbDefense EventID 17：
应用程序 C:\waters_tools\Agilent ICF Support V3.2\agilenticf3.2\sources\dm.exe 尝试通过调用 NtReadVirtualMemory 函数，读取 C:\Windows\System32\lsass.exe 的内存（可能会刮取内存）的内存版本。已阻止此操作，应用程序被终止。

解决方法

在安装 Agilent ICF support 3.2 之前，禁用杀毒软件。
