e-SAT/IN 和 Empower 出现 Winsock 10057 和 10060 错误 - WKB55359

故障描述

• 在 Empower 中单击“运行”后发生仪器出错
• 在“节点属性”中，所有已连接系统的状态均显示“是”
• Empower 信息中心：e-SAT/IN # (serial number) Sending information to the instrument failed with error code: Winsock error # 10057（e-SAT/IN #（序列号）向仪器发送信息失败，错误代码：Winsock error # 10057）
• Empower 信息中心：e-SAT/IN # (serial number) An attempt to open a communication path with the instrument has failed with error code: Winsock error # 10060（e-SAT/IN #（序列号）尝试打开仪器的通讯路径失败，错误代码：Winsock error # 10060）

环境

• Empower 3 Service Release 2 
• Alliance HPLC 系统
• 2487 双波长吸光度检测器
• Waters e-SAT/IN，带 ICS 1.30 和 3.2 固件

原因

连接不良

解决方法

1. 重新启动 PC 及已连接系统。
2. 如果问题仍未解决，请在 Empower 中删除并重新创建系统。
3. 使用随 SAT/in 模块提供的屏蔽电缆。（插头将用金属包裹）
