故障描述

  • 登录 Empower 时出现错误：ORA-12154 TNS:Could not resolve the connect identifier specified（ORA-12154 TNS：无法解析指定的连接标识符）

环境

  • Empower 3 Feature Release 4 (FR4)个人版工作站

原因

解决方法

  1. 在您的 PC 上，打开“开始”>“控制面板”>“管理工具”>“服务”。
  2. 停止并启动 OracleServiceEMPOWER 服务和 OracleEmpowerOracle12cTNSListener 服务。
  3. 再次登录 Empower 软件。
