故障描述

• “运行样品”窗口出现以下错误信息 Server Busy: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.（服务器忙：由于其它程序正在运行，此操作无法完成。选择“切换到”来激活正在运行的程序并纠正问题。）
• 单击“切换到...”和“重试”

• Citrix 服务器和客户端
• LAC/E 32
• Agilent ICF 3.0.17.0407（Agilent LC 驱动程序 A.02.14 和 Framework A.02.04）
• Agilent LC-02s 连接到一台 LAC/E 并连接 Empower 和 Citrix

原因

在 LC System-01 正常工作且不退出监视器的情况下，启动 LC System-02 上的样品组时出现“服务器忙”错误。

解决方法

停止监视器后再单击“运行样品”。
