故障描述

  • 仪器出错时，信息中心出现以下错误：Error 8: Attribute or element value has the wrong format（错误 8：属性或元素值的格式错误）

环境

  • Empower 软件 
  • 7890A Agilent GC
  • ICS 2.5

原因

GC 上的固件版本与 ICS 2.5 不兼容。

解决方法

  1. 升级或降级固件，使其与 ICS 2.5 兼容。
