故障描述

• 信息中心记录：Method does not match current hardware configuration and requires manual resolution（方法与当前硬件配置不匹配，需要手动解决方法）
• 即使设置，根据仪器方法获得的编号也不会反映在主机上
• 上次在没有 7697 的情况下使用，预置位未重置；而 7697 仍处于连接状态时，在仪器方法选项中指定了GC Back（GC 返回）
• 这次使用顶空
• 如果为 Do you want to change to the current instrument configuration when you open the instrument method?（是否要在打开仪器方法时更改为当前仪器配置？）选择 Yes（是），问题无法改善
• 重新启动 LAC/E 和重置预设值均无法解决问题

环境

• Agilent 7890 GC
• Agilent 7697A Headspace

原因

解决方法

1. 在 Empower界面关闭的情况下重新启动 LAC/E。
2. 新建当前版本的仪器方法
