使用 Agilent 7890B GC 和 HS7697A 时，出现 Empower 错误消息：Unable to perform the operation because the system is in monitor mode（由于系统处于监视模式，无法执行操作）- WKB192063

故障描述

出现三个错误消息的顺序如下：

• Unable to perform the operation because the system is in monitor mode（由于系统处于监视模式，无法执行操作）
• Failed to get ready to run an acquisition（采集运行准备失败）
• 仪器故障

环境

• Empower 3 企业版
• Agilent Instrument Control Framework 3.3 版及更高版本

原因

如果用户 A 之前的进样失败，则用户 B 使用 Agilent ICF Support Layer 3.3 或以上版本时，配有顶空的 Agilent 7890 GC 可能会在样品组开始时出现 Unable to perform the operation because the system is in monitor mode（由于系统处于监视模式，无法执行操作）错误。

解决方法

解决方法：重新启动 LAC/E 和 GC，清除与用户 A 相关的故障状态。

根据 CRI-4969，此问题已在 ICF SL v3.7 中解决
