故障描述

• Empower 中的仪器面板为空白
• 节点属性中显示“状态”=“否”
• 可以 Ping 通仪器 LAN 卡

环境

• Empower 3 软件
• 带或不带顶空的 Agilent GC
• Agilent 6890N
• Agilent 7890
• Agilent G5664a

原因

“预配置”工具中的 IP 地址错误

解决方法

1. 在“Agilent 预配置”工具中使用本地主机。
2. 重新启动 LAC/E。
