断开 Gameboy 后，Agilent 1100 无法与 Empower 通讯 - WKB10235

故障描述

• 将 Gameboy 移出 Agilent 1100 后，仍然无法连接 Empower
• 连接 Agilent 1100 时显示信息 Error: An attempt to open a communication path with the instrument has failed: 10049（错误：尝试打开仪器的通讯路径失败：10049）
• 尝试连接 Agilent 1100 时也会显示信息 Error: LC configuration change event reported; an instrument has either been removed or added to the configuration（错误：已报告 LC 配置更改事件；仪器已被移除或添加到配置中）
• 无法从运行样品窗口控制 1100；不能在控制面板上设置任何参数
• 在节点属性的 Instruments（仪器）选项卡上系统显示为 Ok？No（正常？否）。
• 系统填充到 DHCP 中

环境

• Empower
• Agilent 1100

原因

未知。可能是移除 Gameboy 以更改 Agilent 1100 的配置后造成系统损坏。WinSock 错误。

解决方法

1. 从 Empower 中删除系统。
2. 在 Empower 中新建系统。
3. 重新启动 Agilent 1100。
4. 正常运行。
